Born and raised in Pennsylvania Molly began working professionally at age thirteen at Philadelphia the Prince Music Theater in a production called The Snow Queen. In the Arden Theater production of Into the Woods, she won a Barrymore Award for playing Little Red Ridinghood. This role she performed again as she made her Broadway debut at fifteen with Into the Woods, on Broadway. Molly was nominated as an award for the Drama League Award. Molly was in the Broadway revival of Fiddler on the Roof (2004). When she graduated at Princeton University, where she received a B.A. on Religion, and became a Triangle Club member, Molly attended Princeton University. in Religion. She also appeared in the Disney film College Road Trip, playing Wendy Greenhut. Following graduation, Molly was in Off-Broadway productions of several shows, such as End Days at Ensemble Studio Theater and in some television work including Royal Pains and an HBO Pilot The Wonderful Maladys. Molly has been in several regional plays including The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee and the Barrington Stage Company, North Shore Music Theatre and the Westport Country Playhouse's production of The Diary of Anne Frank. She was Anne. Molly was best known as Ali in Paranormal Activity 2 and for the ABC comedy Last Man Standing written by Jack Burditt and starring Tim Allen.
