Anne Celeste Heche is an American actress who is known for playing a wide range of roles in films as well as television and the stage. Her work has been recognized with numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actress. From 1987 to 1991, she earned recognition for her role as the twin of Vicky Hudson's Marley Love. This led to two Soap Opera Digest Awards and an Daytime Emmy Award. The latter part of the 1990s saw her rise to prominence with her roles in the crime drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the horror film I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer as well as the comedy about politics Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart was born Anne Kathleen Maloney on September 6, 1953. She is an American actress. She is most well-known for playing the role of Lieutenant Sheba in the period 1978-1979 of the television show Battlestar Galactica. She is the daughter and granddaughter of daughter of actor Gene Lockhart, as well as actress June Lockhart. The career of Lockhart began at a very young age. In the age of four, Lockhart appeared in the film T is for Tumbleweed. It was nominated as an Academy Award in this short film. The actress would often be seen working on set with her mom, where she would learn about the nuances of business. Lockhart was also a part of several shows of Lassie. Anne declined the role of Laurie Strode in John Carpenter's Halloween, 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis later played the part. Carpenter claims that Anne declined his invitation to play Laurie Strode. Anne cannot recall John Carpenter having contacted her and offering the position. Perhaps one of her representatives declined the part for her, but without notifying the actress. Glen Larson initially selected her to play the character of Battlestar Galactica in 1978. He wrote a rough script. In the beginning, she didn't like the character because it seemed too weak. Glen later wrote a part for her that featured the strong character Sheba. She embraced the Living Legend's script after having read its first 25 pages. The series lasted one season. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. In addition, she co-starred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
